RETURNS AND REFUNDS
www.lattanzios.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.
Below we have listed the key information that you need to know:
- In the unlikely event that your product arrives in faulty or damaged condition, you MUST notify LATTANZIOS within 14 days of receiving your item. If the item is damaged or faulty due to manufacturing or transit you will be offered a store credit, full refund or replacement (if available).
- Returns are accepted up to 28 days from dispatch, all returns must be pre-approved before sent back. This can be done by emailing our customer care team - email@example.com
- Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase document eg: tax invoice and the refund form which came with your product/s.
- We will NOT accept return/faulty products that have become of unacceptable quality due to misuse; wear and tear; failure to follow manufacturers instructions; or failure to take reasonable care.
- We do not offer exchanges on any sale or clearance items
- LATTANZIOS is not responsible for delays in delivery.
- Return costs are NOT covered by LATTANZIOS, we recommend you get tracking on your return items as we will not be responsible for return items lost in transit.
Change of mind: Please choose carefully when ordering as refunds are not given when you have simply changed your mind. Instead of a refund, we are happy to offer a store credit or a product exchange. Due to this we recommend you make careful selections and preview your shopping cart items to ensure they are correct before proceeding to checkout.
This includes failure to enter discount codes correctly or entering the wrong payment method. Once you have processed your order it cannot be cancelled.
Your return items will be assessed once they are received and an exchange or refund will be issued if the conditions below have been met.
- Items must be returned with the original receipt and must be received at our warehouse within 28 days of purchase. Over Christmas, we are extending our returns policy. Items bought in December can be exchanged until the end of January, 2021.
- Items that are packaged must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and must not have been used.
- Garments must not have been worn, must not have any marks on them whatsoever and have all swing tags and labels attached.
- Akubra hats must be returned in the original presentation box, unworn, undamaged and in their original shape. They must be posted back in the same manner in which they were received.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of LATTANZIOS.
